SmartStone has enjoyed fantastic growth since opening its Westmead premises in 2001. In addition, our distinctive office building has become something of a landmark alongside the N3 at Marianhill.  The wise have said that time waits for no man, and the time has come for a move which will open new opportunities and ensure that we enjoy continued growth into the future.

To this end, SmartStone will be moving its production facility to another group-owned property near the new La Mercy Airport, and has made arrangements for a new and exciting sales outlet in a central position. SmartStone will move from its current premises on 1 March 2010. Further details will be made available at the appropriate time.

Firstly we move our production facilities to a position better suited to leverage the fast expanding north coast area, secondly we will have greater space available for product development, and thirdly are able to bring a new look sales concept for SmartStone to the market. We believe that these moves will ensure that SmartStone remains relevant to the Durban paving market and will stand the company in good stead for the future.”
